Stage 03
Packaging
Opportunities that pass our evaluation criteria are packaged into comprehensive Investment Memoranda, typically 8 to 10 pages of rigorous, structured analysis.
Stage 04
Presentation
Investment Memoranda are presented exclusively to registered investors whose criteria match the opportunity. For value-add and development opportunities, we connect investors with specialist project management consultants to scope and deliver the works programme.
